About ServiceTrakr


ServiceTrakr was created to meet the diverse needs of all service-based small business owners, especially those is the IT and computer services industries. While you could get by using a hodgepodge of patched-together apps that all do one thing, ServiceTrakr aims to cut through the mess and provide everything you need all in one place. No longer do you have to use one piece of software for invoicing, another for inventory, one more for helpdesk tickets, and yet another for payroll, budgetting, etc.
One of the unique features that ServiceTrakr provides is the ability to track service contract usage. You can easily sell your customers discounted blocks of time and deduct time from them as its used. You can also provide your customers with a link to a customer portal page. There, they can view service contract usage as well as past invoices, or even pay their bills.
ServiceTrakr also plays nice with others! It was designed to allow integration with other web-based services and is fully customizable. If you'd like to see a particular service integrated, please let us know. Currently we've built in support for AnyDesk, which allows service providers to easily connect to client computers and provide remote support.
